In our concrete department, you will work on a variety of projects, such as:
- Industrial floors
- foundations
- cultivation floors
- cellars
- loading and unloading pits
You manage the team, collaborate where necessary and ensure that each project runs smoothly, safely and according to schedule. You are the link between the office and the construction site and keep an overview, energy and quality high.

What we expect from you
- Minimum MBO education and/or 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Driving licence BE and VCA VOL (or willing to obtain VCA-VOL through us)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exact and AutoCAD is a plus
- You are a go-getter, keep an overview and communicate clearly
